This is a 68 year old female with signs of facial aging. She has upper eyelid skin excess, jowling, laxity of the face and neck skin , platysmal bands and perioral rhytides. She underwent deep plane facelift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and perioral laser. Before and 5 weeks post op results.
