This is a 33 year old otherwise healthy female presenting for cosmetic breast enhancement. The patient is 5 ft 0 in 130 lbs. Pre-op bra size 34 B. She underwent breast augmentation with 310 cc Smooth Round Moderate profile implants Inframammary (IMF) incision sub fascial placement. Before and 12 months post-op results.
